Role Overview
RSH Global is looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented marketing professional to drive brand growth across India’s leading quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, and other emerging channels.
This role will own end-to-end planning and execution of on-platform marketing initiatives to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance for Joy’s portfolio across skincare and other personal care categories.
In addition, the role will also lead off-platform activations and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving awareness, trial, and traffic to quick commerce channels.
The ideal candidate should combine strong commercial understanding with creative marketing execution and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-Platform Marketing & Growth
· Plan and execute on-platform marketing campaigns across quick commerce platforms
· Manage visibility levers including banners, search optimization, app merchandising, thematic campaigns, homepage placements, and category activations
· Coordinate with platform category/media managers to secure high-impact placements during key events and sale periods
· Track campaign performance and optimize spends based on ROI, ROAS, conversion, and sales uplift
· Manage monthly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and new product launches
· Analyze platform data and consumer behavior trends to improve discoverability and conversion
· Ensure traffic sufficiency across all quick commerce channels
Off-Platform Activations
· Conceptualize and execute off-platform marketing initiatives to drive traffic and awareness for quick commerce channels
· Plan in tandem with Brand teams - influencer campaigns, social media collaborations, digital partnerships, sampling programs, and hyperlocal activations
· Track effectiveness of off-platform campaigns and measure impact on platform sales
· Strategize and execute Meta CPAS and Google/YT Ads
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
· Work closely with sales, category, platform marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand teams
· Coordinate with external agencies, platform marketing teams, and vendors (on a need basis)
· Ensure timely execution of campaigns within budgets and timelines
· Prepare monthly business reviews and performance reports for leadership teams
Desired Candidate Profile
· 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, digital marketing, brand marketing
· Prior experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or Flipkart Minutes preferred
· Beauty/FMCG background preferred
· Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign analytics
· Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
· High ownership mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
