THE ROLE
Not a PM who builds features. A platform architect who builds moats — and questions every human hire before it's made.
Tyroo runs Multiple Partnerships. The Platform GM sits above them, identifies the compounding power across them, and systematically builds the infrastructure, AI agents, and GTM motions that no single partner team can build alone. You own the platform P&L, drive AI-first operating model design, and lead the business model innovation that expands Tyroo's net fee contribution. You report directly to the CEO.

Marketplace product — monetisation
The marketplace brand product is built. Your first job is adoption and revenue: identify the ICP, set pricing, close 10 paying accounts in 60 days, instrument success metrics. This is not a product problem — it is a monetisation sprint.

AI agents across all job roles
Own Tyroo's AI agent strategy end-to-end. Deploy agents across Sales (prospecting, outreach, pipeline), Client Success (QBRs, optimisation, renewal), Enablement (onboarding, training, playbooks), and Operations. Run a quarterly role audit — every open headcount request is reviewed against agent alternatives before a JD is written.

New business model — eg AI CS self-serve tier
Design and launch a self-serve account tier where AI agents provide full campaign management at near-zero marginal cost. Accounts below spend threshold get AI-powered CS — no human resource allocation. Result: higher net fee contribution on a segment that previously ran thin or broke even.

Cross-sell journeys — product and GTM
Build structured cross-sell journeys that fire when a brand crosses a signal threshold in the brand registry. Phase 1: GTM-led (AI agent flags opportunity, sales executes). Phase 2: product-led (automated offer triggers embedded in the platform). Target: cross-partner NRR of 130%+.

Distribution inheritance
Build and own the Tyroo Brand Registry — a live intelligence layer mapping all active brands across every partner: spend tier, vertical, contact owner, cross-sell path. Turn fragmented partner relationships into compounding platform advantage.

Tech for Velocity
Own the Tyroo Pixel strategy. Define onboarding standards so every new advertiser is on Tyroo's data infrastructure from day one. Build the identity and attribution layer that means a partner get full range of Tyroo clients across markets without friction of integeration.

GTM platform
Build Tyroo's own sales operating system — from brand sourcing to deal closure — inside Tyroo's stack, not a partner's CRM. AI-powered prospecting, brand scoring, pipeline intelligence. 10x sales velocity without proportional headcount growth.

• Experience: 7–10 years of product or commercial experience with P&L ownership
• AI-first: You have personally deployed AI agents — sales, CS, or ops. Not theoretically. Actually.
• Background: You've managed multi-sided platforms, marketplaces, or multi-partner distribution businesses
• Authority: You make principled calls when partners disagree — you arbitrate, you don't appease
• Thinking: You frame product decisions as compounding moat, not feature delivery
• Biz model: You've designed a new business model or pricing tier, not just executed an existing one
• Communication: You've pitched to investors and held the room without a founder present
