Rattle is building the first AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform, solving the most critical problem in B2B sales: 75% of companies miss their revenue forecasts because the entire revenue tech stack depends on manual seller input and CRM guesswork.
The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller's version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them.
We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene.
We are at an early stage of this product with a clear path to explosive growth, leveraging our experience & network in building Rattle over the last 5 years. What you'll get to do
- Own Von's cloud infrastructure end-to-end — from CI/CD pipelines to production reliability — ensuring we can scale fast without breaking things
- Design and manage our Kubernetes-based platform on AWS, handling the infrastructure needs of a rapidly growing AI product
- Build internal developer tooling and self-service infrastructure capabilities that let engineers ship faster and with confidence
- Lead our observability strategy — logging, metrics, alerting — so we always know what's happening across services before customers do
- Drive security, compliance, and cost optimization across our cloud footprint as we scale to enterprise contracts
- Partner closely with engineering to define infrastructure standards, deployment practices, and incident response playbooks
This role is tailor-made for you if
- You have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- You're deeply proficient with AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- You have strong Kubernetes experience — you've managed clusters in production and know how to tune them for cost and performance
- You've built robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar)
- You understand the security and compliance requirements that come with enterprise SaaS (SOC 2, data isolation, secrets management)
- You're obsessed with reliability — SLAs, incident management, and post-mortems are second nature to you
- You thrive in early-stage environments where you're building the platform from scratch, not inheriting a mature one

- You've been the founding or first platform hire at a startup before
- You have experience supporting AI/ML workloads — GPU orchestration, model serving infrastructure, or large-scale data pipelines
