Hiring: Windows & Virtualization Specialist (Automation-Focused)
We are looking for a highly skilled Windows & Virtualization Specialist with a strong focus on automation, scripting, and secure infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems and working in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking, storage)
- Support VDI environments (Omnissa / VMware Horizon)
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for hybrid identity management
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams
Required Experience:
- 4+ years in Windows Server administration
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and VDI platforms
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications (Windows Server Hybrid Admin, VCP-DCV, M365 Enterprise Admin)
- Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools
- Exposure to financial services environments
