Requirements

Must-Have Experience :

• 12+ years in software engineering; 4+ years in platform architecture.
• .NET Core, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/SQL Server.
• Multi-cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance knowledge.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in product-first companies.
• Exposure to data-intensive and automation platforms.
• Kubernetes, AKS, ECS; Kafka or SQS messaging systems.
• Scalable deployments in regulated or complex environments.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Evolution :

• Define, maintain, and evolve the core platform architecture.
• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem).
• Establish architectural standards and best practices.
  
  

Performance, Resilience & Observability

• Address performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, DB).
• Enhance fault-tolerance and implement DR strategies.
• Ensure observability with logging, metrics, and alerts.
  
  

Security & Compliance

• Adhere to SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Implement secure IAM, encryption, and WAF practices.
  
  

DevOps & Infrastructure Engineering

• Guide CI/CD pipelines, infra-as-code, environment isolation.
• Optimize complex cloud setups.
  
  

Application Stack Modernization

• Modernize .NET-based architecture for modularity.
• Implement modern patterns (CQRS, microservices, DDD).
