About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Architect – SaaS & AI to lead the architecture and evolution of a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform built on Microsoft Azure.
This role goes beyond traditional solution architecture. You will operate at the intersection of:

Key Responsibilities
Architecture Leadership
- Own end-to-end architecture across backend, frontend, platform, and data systems
- Design scalable distributed systems handling high-throughput and low-latency workloads
- Define architecture principles, standards, governance, and best practices
- Drive architectural decisions balancing scalability, cost, performance, reliability, and extensibility
Azure Cloud-Native Platform Architecture
- Architect cloud-native systems on Microsoft Azure using:
- AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Azure Event Hub
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure Machine Learning
- Cosmos DB
- Azure Functions
- Azure Data Lake
- Azure API Management
- Define scalable multi-region deployment patterns
- Drive infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cloud cost optimization
AI-Native & Agent-Based Systems
- Architect AI-powered platform capabilities including:
- Conversational AI
- AI copilots
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) agents
- Intelligent automation workflows
- Anomaly detection systems
- Design:

- Lead architecture reviews, HLDs, and technical governance
