Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Plastic Product Designer specializing in UG, with 3–6 years of experience. The Plastic Product Designer will be responsible for developing innovative product designs, conducting user research and analysis, applying design thinking principles, and iterating on concepts to meet specific client requirements. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce solutions aligned with industry standards and project goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Product Design and expertise in working with design tools such as UG.
- Knowledge in Design Thinking and the ability to apply creative problem-solving to complex design challenges.
- Experience with Visual Design and crafting user-centric physical products.
- Proficiency in conducting User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with engineering principles relevant to plastic product design.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Relevant educational background, preferably in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or pharmaceutical is a plus.
