About the role

Plarium seeks a talented Game Designer to contribute to the development of RAID: Shadow Legends. Responsibilities encompass all stages of feature creation for a project exceeding 1 million DAU, including designing new game mechanics, systems, and balancing features based on analytical data and player feedback. The role involves conducting playtests, creating documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, LiveOps, Analytics), and communicating with development teams. Experience with GDDs, system design, design thinking, Google Sheets, and analytical data interpretation is essential. The successful candidate will work from the Lviv or Warsaw office or remotely from Poland or Ukraine.
