A Senior Implementation Consultant with 3-10+ years of experience in leading Planview
Adaptive Work end-to-end delivery of portfolio and project management solutions for
enterprise clients. This role enables drive digital transformation and involves solution design,
configuration, project management, customer advisory, and system integration across global
implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• 2 full lifecycle implementations of Planview Clarizen / AdaptiveWork including
design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Customize / Configure Workflow rules, Validation rules, user profiles, custom
actions, layouts, views,
• Develop dashboards, and reports at resource, project management and
executive tiers.
• Good to have knowledge in developing custom panels.
• Development knowledge in html, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Manage portfolio, project, resource management, timesheets, and financial
modules within Clarizen/AdaptiveWork.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations from kick-off through launch,
ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Experience in handling data import through Data Loader
• Conduct product demonstrations, pre-sales support, and solution walkthroughs
to drive customer adoption.
• Good knowledge in Adaptive work REST API like integrator.
• Preferred to have integration knowledge with Adaptive work and other tools like
Jira, CRM (Salesforce), ITSM Tools (Servicenow), HRMS(Darwinbox)
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, perform data analysis, and execute
customer-specific configurations.
• Expertise in delivering projects through Agile philosophy (Scrum) for delivering
high-impact solutions.

• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional global
teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Planview certifications (highly desirable)
