โข ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: Supervise daily plant operations to ensure smooth, efficient production cycles.
โข ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ & ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น: Monitor process parameters for AdBlue and water treatment systems to maintain strict quality standards.
โข ๐๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ & ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ: Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
โข ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ & ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐: Enforce adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and maintain proper plant housekeeping.
โข ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐๐ผ๐ด๐: Maintain precise shift logs, production records, and inventory data.

โข ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: Minimum ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ of hands-on experience operating AdBlue, RO, or Water Treatment plants.
โข ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ผ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ: Strong understanding of pumps, dosing systems, filtration, and general process plant equipment.
โข ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ณ๐ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Excellent leadership, clear communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
