Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production of home cleaning products (dishwash, detergent liquid, floor cleaner, etc.)
• Manage plant workers and ensure smooth plant operations
• Monitor batching, mixing, filling, and packaging processes
• Ensure quality standards and production efficiency
• Maintain production records and reporting
• Coordinate with procurement and management for smooth workflow
Preferred Candidate:
• Experience in FMCG / home care / chemical manufacturing preferred
• Basic understanding of chemicals and production processes
• Strong supervision and team management skills
