Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Supervisor based in Rajkot. The Plant Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules. Responsibilities include maintaining production quality, supervising plant staff, ensuring the smooth execution of preventive maintenance, and providing training to team members. The role also involves ensuring safety protocols, managing resources, and promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance for blown film plant unit
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and knowledge of safety standards
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Training and team development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in the blown film plant is a plus
