Role Description
The Plant Setup Expert - Food & Beverage is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the setup and optimization of food and beverage production facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating equipment installation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, managing workflow layouts, training teams on operational processes, and collaborating with clients to meet their business needs. This role requires extensive industry knowledge, hands-on involvement, and effective communication across all levels of operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service, Food & Beverage operations, and Culinary Skills to design and oversee efficient and innovative plant setups
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proven track record in project management, operational planning, and team training within the food and beverage sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and quality regulatory standards
- Experience in consultancy or setting up operational workflows is a strong advantage
- Ability to work on-site and manage physical production environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
