Mangla Cor-Tubi Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an accomplished Plant Quality Head to lead and strengthen end-to-end quality governance at our manufacturing facility.
Role Summary:
The Plant Quality Head will be responsible for overall plant quality performance, driving robust IATF 16949 systems, ensuring OEM customer satisfaction, and leading a strong quality culture across manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the Plant Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
- Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC for new and existing programs
- Act as the single point of contact for OEM customer quality Lead resolution of cutstomer complaints, audits, and 8D / RCCA activities
- Ensure product & process quality readiness from prototype to
SOP:
- Oversee Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and incoming quality systems
- Lead internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop plant quality teams with strong shop-floor deployment
Preferred Profile:
- Strong background in automotive / Tier-1 manufacturing Exposure to exhaust systems, metal fabrication, welding, forming processes preferred
- Proven experience handling global OEM customers
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional
- Management skills
