Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Production Head for our manufacturing facility in Aurangabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on leading and managing plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. The Plant Production Head will oversee production planning, optimize operational processes, and monitor quality control to meet and exceed organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability protocols, and fostering a collaborative high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Operations, Production Planning, and Production Management
- Proficiency in managing Quality Control processes to ensure the delivery of superior products
- Skill in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs and efficiency
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team with a focus on innovation and professionalism
- Strong understanding of safety, sustainability, and compliance in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Prior experience leading production at a manufacturing plant, preferably within the automotive or related industries
