Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Plant Operator. The Plant Operator will oversee daily plant operations, including the operation and maintenance of machinery, ensure quality control of processes and output, and safely handle equipment. Responsibilities also include monitoring plant systems, adhering to safety protocols, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and Machine Operation
- Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring production standards are met
- Skilled in Maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ability to operate forklifts and other related machinery
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and troubleshooting plant systems
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing plant environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
