Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Operator located in the Pune Division. The Plant Operator will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, monitoring machinery, conducting routine maintenance, and supporting quality control procedures to maintain product integrity. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment such as forklifts, adhering to operational standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the plant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Plant Operations and Machine Operation
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures to ensure product standards
- Skills in Maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Relevant technical or vocational training is an advantage
- Compliance-focused approach to safety and operational protocols
