Role Description
CrbnFIX is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator for an on-site, full-time role based in Umred MIDC, Nagpur. The Plant Operator will oversee day-to-day plant operations, operate and maintain machinery, and monitor production processes to ensure the highest quality outputs. Key responsibilities will include implementing quality control measures, conducting plant maintenance, and managing forklift operations as required to support efficiency and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of CrbnFIX's mission to create sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plant Operations and Machine Operation processes to ensure seamless production activities
- Experience with Quality Control practices to maintain the highest standards for output
- Skills in Maintenance and troubleshooting to effectively address any machine or equipment issues
- Competency in Forklift Operation to handle material movement safely and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing or plant operations is highly desirable
- Educational qualifications in engineering, technical training, or a related field are advantageous
