Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Manager to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and ensure operational excellence at our facility in the Pune Division. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will manage production processes, lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and implement operational improvements. Responsibilities will also include resource allocation, coordinating with multiple departments, managing inventory, and overseeing planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure plant functionality and production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in plant operations management, resource optimization, and process improvements
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
- Proficiency in leadership, team coordination, and communication
- Technical expertise in managing equipment, maintenance, and production workflows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently
- Proficiency in using operational software or tools for tracking and supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-departmental settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in energy, logistics, or supply chain sectors is an advantage
