Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager at Botanix Industries, located in Hyderabad. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensure the execution of production plans, and optimize manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production planning, ensuring efficient plant operations, adhering to regulatory and safety standards, and overseeing a team of production staff. The role also involves driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plant Management and overseeing Plant Operations
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Experience in managing Manufacturing Operations
- Ability to lead teams effectively, ensure compliance with safety standards, and meet production targets
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control processes in the herbal extraction or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the herbal extraction, food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
