Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager, located in Mandal. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production schedules, and ensure the manufacturing processes meet quality and efficiency standards. They will lead and mentor teams, implement best practices, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving continuous improvement will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and related processes
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in optimizing production processes for efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in the dairy or food production industry is a plus
