Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager position located in Mumbai, India. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, managing daily processes, and ensuring optimal production efficiency. Key responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing operations, planning production schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands leadership in supervising teams, resource allocation, and delivering on-time production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Management, encompassing planning and overseeing overall plant functions and goals.
- Proficiency in Plant Operations with a strong focus on maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management to ensure seamless workflows and team coordination for timely and quality output.
- Skill in Production Planning to establish and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and schedules.
- Background in Manufacturing Operations to oversee and troubleshoot all aspects of production and ensure adherence to standards.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to drive teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Experience in working with industrial processes, machinery, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
