Role Description
The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring that production processes run smoothly, effectively, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves managing plant operations, implementing production plans, monitoring performance, and achieving efficiency in manufacturing processes. The manager will also lead a team, prioritize operational goals, and coordinate with other departments. This is a full-time, on-site role at our manufacturing plant located at Katraj, Pune.
Qualifications and Role Requirements:
● Oversee overall plant administration and operations
● Manage daily production activities and improve efficiency
● Supervise workforce and ensure smooth coordination
● Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
● Maintain quality control, documentation, and audit readiness
● Drive process improvements and operational excellence
