Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Plant Manager located in Raipur. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, planning production schedules, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves leading a team, managing resources effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Management and leadership to oversee overall plant operations and workflows
- Proficiency in Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations to maintain efficiency and productivity goals
- Expertise in Operations Management and Production Planning to ensure efficient processes and timely delivery
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards within manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage
