Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role located in Kendujhar. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with production goals. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, implementing production plans, supervising manufacturing activities, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in the production process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Management, including overseeing daily operations and team coordination.
- Proven experience in Plant Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to optimize output and meet production goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and maintain a safe work environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is highly advantageous.
