Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Plant Manager at SAL Papers Pvt. Ltd. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage manufacturing processes, and ensure production efficiency. Responsibilities include creating and implementing production plans, supervising plant operations, managing operational budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Management and overseeing Plant Operations
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Understanding of Manufacturing Operations and process improvement techniques
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Familiarity with manufacturing in industries such as packaging, labeling, or similar sectors is an advantage
