Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, coordinating production planning, implementing manufacturing processes, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with demonstrated ability to oversee day-to-day production activities efficiently.
- Strong background in Operations Management and Production Planning to ensure seamless workflow and process optimization.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to dynamic environments, and meet production deadlines.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with familiarity in equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; prior experience in food production is a plus.
