Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, coordinate manufacturing activities, and manage teams to ensure efficiency and quality compliance. Responsibilities include production planning, supervising operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves managing relationships with teams and stakeholders to achieve production and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Plant Management and Plant Operations with experience in supervising manufacturing facilities.
- Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Production Planning to manage workflows and maintain efficiency.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Operations to ensure quality production and compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Jaipur.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
