Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure Maintenance (M/E/I) task execution with quality & safety by ensuring compliance to standards, procedures and best practices.
- Ensure job execution and compliance to maintenance schedules.
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions taken as per organization policy
- Shutdown coordination and safe and timely execution as per schedule.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory and MIQA requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations team for effectively carrying out maintenance activities.
- Enable Troubleshooting and analysis and coordinate with CES for technical support.
- Ensure availability of critical spares. Interaction with IMMS group, Mumbai for expediting codification of urgent items.
- Interaction with custom & excise department for expediting material delivery and out-going.
- Responsible for overall Plant Maintenance cost and budgeting.
- Enable audit of maintenance systems and timely adherence to audit schedules
- Ensuring early completion of RCAs, liquidation of RCA recommendations.
- Review and approval of MOCs & Capex. Facilitate and support minor projects/ MOC/ Capex
- Interaction with vendor/equipment manufacturers. Manage Equipment repair & refurbishment activities.
- Oversee Contractor management.
- Enable Obsolescence management.
- Data management of critical assets, equipment job history, learning records, reports on special jobs. Reviewing and maintaining IMS documents.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring, reporting and escalation as required.
- Career planning & performance appraisal of his reportees.
- Timely release of Material / Service PRs & service entries.
- Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security.
- Take ownership for HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)
Education Requirement :
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience Requirement :
- At least 10 years (for Degree)/ 15 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience with minimum 3 years as a discipline head
- Managerial experience of at least 7 years
