We’re Hiring: Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage plant machinery, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, utilities, and overall equipment efficiency at our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of all factory machines and utilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment, filling lines, packing machines, compressors, chillers, RO plant, boilers, DG sets, electrical panels, and other utilities.
- Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, spare parts inventory, and service history.
- Coordinate with vendors, service engineers, and internal factory teams.
- Ensure safety compliance during maintenance work.
- Train operators on basic machine handling and daily care.
- Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support new machine installation, commissioning, and factory improvement projects..
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field- .Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in FMCG, beverage, food processing, or manufacturing industry
- .Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance
- .Ability to handle breakdowns quickly and practically
- .Good team management and problem-solving skills
- .Basic documentation and reporting skills
