Role Overview
We are looking for a Plant HR Lead who will be deployed full-time at a client location in Medchal, Hyderabad.
This role is about owning HR on the ground — ensuring discipline, compliance, and smooth operations in a plant environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Driving end-to-end plant HR operations (attendance, payroll inputs, documentation)
• Managing contract workforce lifecycle and ensuring compliance
• Ensuring statutory compliance and audit readiness
• Handling plant-level recruitments (especially shop-floor roles)
• Managing onboarding to exit processes seamlessly
• Driving employee discipline and handling on-ground issues
• Supporting plant leadership in workforce planning and employee relations
• Bringing structure, consistency, and ownership into HR processes

What We’re Looking For
• 8–10 years of experience in plant / factory HR roles
• Strong exposure to labour laws, compliance, and contract workforce management
• Hands-on experience in attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations
• Ability to handle employee relations and discipline with maturity
• Someone who thrives in a high-ownership, execution-focused environment
