Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Plant Human Resources Manager role based in Rajkot. The Plant HR Manager will oversee HR operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with regulations at the plant level. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, training and development, and maintaining a productive workplace culture. The role also involves addressing employee grievances, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting leadership in strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Keen understanding of labor laws, compliance, and payroll management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations
- Expertise in developing and implementing training and development programs
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and foster workplace engagement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
