Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR and IR activities at the plant, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and proactively address employee or union issues.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Contract Labor, Factory Act, labor law regulations).
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention for 30 on-roll and 20–25 off-roll employees.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with plant operations and senior management to maintain a productive, safe, and compliant work culture.
