Facilitate Plant functioning by meeting the HR, IR, Legal & Administrative requirement at the location
Manpower Planning & Optimization
Manpower management : Recruitment, Selection & Induction
Competency mapping & Skill development: Training need identification, addressing the
need and evaluation.
Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations: Establishing close relation with Union Leaders – External / Internal and formulate modes operandi to arrive Long Terms Settlement.
Contract Labour administration: Monitoring contract labour deployment on daily basis also meeting the various provision of Contract Labour (R & A) Act. from time to time
Compliance of various provision relating to HR aspect under ISO and other Quality
