Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Plant HR head role based in Gurugram for one of the Manufacturing plant.
The Plant HR head will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, People management, HR Practices, Managing HR planning at plant level, Active problem solver, Managing plant hiring of white and blue collar team members, DOJO operations, L&D at plant level and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Key responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, maintaining records, and supporting operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling plant HR successfully
- Team Leadership, Coordination, and people Management skills
- Strong Organizational, Planning, and Time Management abilities
- Experience in handling people and promote highly engaging culture
- Proficiency in Administrative Tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and Report Preparation
- Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Candidate with a minimum 20 years experience in similar roles only to apply
