ABOUT MILLENIUM:

Millenium Manufacturing Systems Private Limited is a power electronics manufacturing platform and a subsidiary of Indag Rubber Limited. It has been established by the SUN Group along with SUN New Energy Holding and ELCOM Innovations Private Limited.

The company manufactures advanced power electronics solutions including Power Converters, PV Inverters, and Power Plant Control Systems for utility-scale energy applications, serving global OEMs and energy sector clients.

PURPOSE OF POSITION SUMMARY AND DESCRIPTION OF KEY TASKS:

The Plant HR Generalist – Executive will independently manage the complete HR function at the manufacturing plant. The role ensures smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll governance, industrial harmony, and alignment with corporate HR policies.

This is a standalone position responsible for end-to-end HR management at plant level, acting as the single point of contact for all HR & IR related matters.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Plant HR Operations & Recruitment

·        Lead end-to-end plant HR operations with full ownership.

·        Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

·        Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction of employees.


2. Payroll Coordination & Workforce Management

·        Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll input validation (on-roll & contract workforce).

·        Coordinate with finance team for timely salary processing.

·        Ensure wage structure compliance as per statutory norms.


3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

·        Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

·        Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns.

·        Support inspections and audits by labour authorities.

·        Handle contractor compliance and documentation audits.


4. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement

·        Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

·        Maintain positive industrial relations and harmonious work environment.

·        Drive engagement initiatives and welfare activities for plant employees.

·        Support performance management processes at plant level.

5. HR MIS & Reporting

·        Prepare and submit monthly HR MIS (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, compliance status).

·        Report key HR metrics to Corporate HR.

·        Ensure smooth exit management including full & final settlement coordination.

·        Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:

MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR / Industrial Relations

3–5 years of plant HR experience in a manufacturing setup (Mandatory)

MS Office

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
