Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant HR Executive based in Arasur. The Plant HR Executive will manage HR operations and employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee day-to-day HR activities within the manufacturing facility. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting workforce development strategies. The role requires collaboration with various departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies
- Background in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
