Position: Plant Head – Plasticizer & Ester Division
Location: Bharuch, Gujarat (Manufacturing Plant)
Experience: 15 – 20 Years
Joining: Immediate / Within 1 Month (Early Joiners Preferred)
Salary: As per Industry Standards
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead the Plasticizer & Ester manufacturing plant at Bharuch. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing chemical manufacturing plants and shop floor operations. The role involves overseeing end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Plasticizer & Ester manufacturing processes and achievement of production targets.
- Drive process improvements, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS, safety standards, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
- Manage shop floor teams, shift planning, and manpower productivity.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production efficiency, and plant cost control.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle plant audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Plasticizer / Ester Manufacturing Plants.
- Deep understanding of chemical production processes and plant operations.
- Strong shop floor leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of EHS practices, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to manage large production teams and plant performance targets.
