INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed, well known Pharmaceutical APIs & Intermediates manufacturing company since 2003.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Production Head.
Position: Production Head
Location: Sojitra, Anand, Gujarat (Plant)
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in Production (API & Intermediates)
Qualification: B.Sc. /M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities
· Manage overall production operations and shift activities.
· Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory standards.
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity compliance.
· Achieve production targets within optimal cost.
· Monitor batch processes, deviations, CAPA, and related documentation.
· Lead, train, and develop production teams including shift in-charges and operators.
· Plan manpower and drive team performance and capability building.
· Support audits and validations.
· Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
· Ensure overall plant production planning, execution, and delivery alignment with business goals.
· Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, compliance, and plant performance.
Required Skills
· Strong experience in Multiple products API & Intermediate manufacturing.
· Proven leadership in production operations.
· Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory audits.
· Excellent team management and decision-making skills.
