Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head at our Industrial Valve Manufacturing Unit, located in Rajkot. The Plant Head will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensure seamless production processes, and lead production planning to meet output targets. Responsibilities include managing quality control processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving cost and productivity goals. The role requires budgeting oversight, team leadership, and fostering a safe workplace while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Strong skills in Production Planning and execution
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Competency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of operations
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and ensure high performance
- Knowledge of industrial valve manufacturing and relevant sectors is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on industrial manufacturing
