Role Summary
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across two plants, ensuring high productivity, consistent quality, cost control, and strong execution systems. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance through production managers and plant teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and synchronise operations of both manufacturing units
• Lead 4 Production Managers and plant teams
• Achieve ≥90% utilisation and ≥95% uptime
• Reduce scrap/rejection by 30%
• Control production cost and improve efficiency
• Implement SOPs, reporting systems, and discipline culture
• Ensure export-grade quality and on-time dispatch
Qualifications
- Expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee manufacturing activities effectively.
- Skilled in Production Planning and Budgeting to ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure products meet industry and organizational standards.
- Experience in improving operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing workflows.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities to guide and inspire teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ISO and BIS certification protocols is a plus.
- Proven experience in Extruded Plastic Sheet manufacturing or extrusion industries will be advantageous.
