Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot, Gujarat, for a Plant Head at Tilara Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. The Plant Head will oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and budget management to meet operational objectives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Operations and overall facility management
• Proficiency in Production Planning and resource optimization
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control practices and industry standards
• Experience with Budgeting and cost management to ensure efficient operations
• Proven track record in Production Management and team leadership
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO, BIS, and other certifications is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
