Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head based in Pune City. The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include managing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, optimizing workflows, and achieving production goals within budget. The role also involves supervising staff, identifying process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Experience in Production Planning and Budgeting to meet operational and financial goals
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes and maintaining standards in production
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee plant staff and coordinate activities
- Analytical mindset for identifying operational improvements and driving efficiency
- Experience in the manufacturing or acoustics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
