Shree Krishna Laminators is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations in the flexible packaging industry.
📍 Industry: Flexible Packaging Materials Manufacturing
📍 Role: Plant Head
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete plant operations and production planning
• Ensure optimum productivity, quality control & timely dispatches
• Manage manpower, maintenance, safety & process improvements
• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Implement systems for smooth day-to-day plant functioning
Preferred Candidate:
✔ Strong experience in flexible packaging / laminates manufacturing
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Knowledge of production planning, quality systems & plant maintenance
✔ Result-oriented with problem-solving approach
Non Negotiable- Should have worked in BRC certified Plant.
