Key Responsibilities
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and output to meet targets and quality standards
- Ensure strict quality control, compliance, and audit readiness for baby product manufacturing
- Drive cost optimization by reducing wastage, scrap, downtime, and improving unit economics
- Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity, training, and performance improvement
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory and internal regulations
- Oversee inventory, raw material planning, and smooth supply chain operations
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations
- Ensure preventive maintenance, machine efficiency, and reduced breakdowns
- Drive ESG practices including sustainability, waste management, and energy optimization
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant performance
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations
- 12+ years of plant leadership experience in manufacturing
- Preferred background in baby care, FMCG, hygiene, or consumer products
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, quality systems, and plant operations
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
