Are you an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in steel processing and CTL line operations? We are looking for a dynamic Plant In Charge / Plant Head to lead our plant operations and drive operational excellence.
📍 Location: Jaipur
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
💼 Experience: 15+ years
🏭 Industry: Steel Processing / Manufacturing (CTL Line)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
✅ Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements.
✅ Maximize CTL line productivity, efficiency, and yield.
✅ Drive preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
✅ Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous process improvements.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop production and maintenance teams.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, purchase, and sales.
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

✔ 15+ years of relevant experience in the steel processing industry.
✔ Strong expertise in CTL line operations, mechanical systems, and plant maintenance.
✔ Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
