Profile- Plant head - Leadership Role
Experience: 30+ Years
Ctc- upto 80 Lpa
Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Top Management in strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing operations ensuring cGMP and global regulatory compliance.
- Manage Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, Administration, Safety, IT, and support functions.
- Drive Technology Transfer, Product Development, Scale-up, Site Transfer, and Commercialization activities.
- Oversee CAPEX planning, project execution, facility validation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure smooth coordination of Engineering functions including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Utilities, Instrumentation, and Civil.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, calibration, utilities, energy optimization, inventory, and cost control initiatives.
- Lead compliance activities related to Safety, Health, Environment, statutory regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Review and approve quality and technical documents including Change Controls, Deviations, OOS/OOT, Validation Protocols, Qualification Reports, etc.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Regulatory, R&D, Packaging, Analytical Development, and IP teams for timely execution of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, cost optimization, and performance management systems.
- Build a collaborative work culture and provide leadership to achieve organizational vision, strategy, and business objectives.
- Preferred: Candidates with strong exposure to Technology Transfer, handles complete operations, regulated markets, project management, and pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership.
