🚨 Hiring: Plant Head 🚨
Nahata Petrotech LLP is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and strengthen our manufacturing operations in semi-virgin (reprocessed) engineering polymers.
We are seeking a strong operational leader with proven experience in the engineering polymers / plastics compounding / reprocessed polymers industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth end-to-end plant operations and execution as per plan
• Drive production efficiency, process discipline, and operational excellence
• Oversee quality consistency, production timelines, and on-time dispatches
• Manage cross-functional coordination across production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
• Lead teams, improve productivity, and ensure seamless plant functioning
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong experience in engineering polymers / plastics / compounding industry (same industry experience preferred
