Hiring: Plant Head
📍 Location: Manesar, Haryana
🏭 Industry: Automobile Manufacturing
Modern Industries is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head with 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations to lead our plant and drive operational excellence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and control complete plant operations to achieve production and delivery targets
✅ Develop and execute strategies to meet production plans and maintain quality standards
✅ Ensure effective utilization of resources — Machine, Material, Manpower, Method, Energy, Environment & Time
✅ Drive continuous improvement in quality and services as per set standards
✅ Monitor production cost, analyze processes, and implement cost-reduction initiatives
✅ Ensure full statutory compliance and maintain a safe, healthy, and environment-friendly workplace
✅ Align and manage overall team performance to achieve operational goals
✅ Take ownership of product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process
✅ Maintain inventory norms on a daily basis
✅ Ensure proper housekeeping and continuous improvement on the shop floor
✅ Daily analysis of rejection and rework data, with corrective and preventive actions
🎓 Candidate Profile:
• 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing (Automobile preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of production planning, quality systems & cost control
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements
