We are seeking a results-driven Plant Head to lead our advanced manufacturing unit specializing in hydro project fabrication and transformer tank production. If you have the vision to scale operations, improve efficiency, and deliver world-class quality — this is your opportunity.

🏭 Your Key Role

• Drive end-to-end plant operations for hydro and transformer tank manufacturing
• Ensure high production output & on-time dispatch
• Lead production planning, manpower allocation & contractor management
• Coordinate across Quality, Production, Painting, Shot Blasting & Purchase
• Maintain top-notch fabrication quality standards
• Handle customer requirements & technical queries efficiently
• Build a high-performance engineering & shop-floor team
• Improve productivity, efficiency & plant capacity expansion

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✔ 10+ years of leadership experience in steel fabrication / heavy engineering

✔ Strong expertise in production planning & scheduling

✔ Hands-on technical problem-solving approach

✔ Experience in hydro projects / transformer tank manufacturing (preferred)

✔ A leader who can deliver results under pressure
